Pay Range: 20 - 23/hr, W 2 11+ Month Contract Description Join our team in a non-licensed call center role where you'll primarily handle inbound calls. Assist callers with making their elections, answer questions about upcoming changes, and provide support regarding pensions. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with pensions, working in an office environment, and prior call center experience preferred but not required. Work Environment
Training and work will be remote, but occasional office visits may be necessary for technical issues. Must have a quiet and professional space to take calls and work without distractions or background noise. Technical Requirements
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps or greater. Hardline connection via ethernet to internet (no Wi-Fi). Schedule
No planned time off during training/nesting period (March 2nd through 31st). Ability to work between 7:45 am and 6 pm CST with an 8-hour shift, including a 30-minute break and two 15-minute breaks. Occasionally, overtime may be required. Skills
Basic computer skills necessary. Ability to navigate between multiple screens, search for information in our knowledge base, create notes at the end of each call, and perform some typing.
