This is a non-licensed call center role for our Mercer MRA group. The role supports primarily inbound calls assisting callers with making their elections, answering questions about upcoming changes and providing support regarding their pensions. Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent. Experience with pensions, working in an office environment and prior call center experience is preferred.
