Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Community Association Manager based in Orlando, FL, with some responsibilities performed remotely. The Community Association Manager will oversee the daily operations of homeowner and condominium associations, serving as the main point of contact for board members and residents. Responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. The role will also require attending board meetings, addressing resident concerns, and collaborating with vendors for property maintenance and improvement projects.

Qualifications Experience in property management, community association management, or a related field Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Basic knowledge of financial practices, budgeting, and xsgimln familiarity with homeowner and condominium association regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other property management software Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities CAM (Community Association Manager) license in Florida preferred Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, commuting to the office as needed
