We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage international assignments end-to-end, ensure compliance across borders, and drive key reward processes while acting as the PMO for our Reward Center of Excellence. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus). 5–8 years’ experience in global mobility and/or reward/compensation. Global Mobility Technical Expertise (policy, packages, equalization, cost modeling). Compliance & Risk Management (international tax, social security, immigration, payroll, audit readiness). Stakeholder Management & Influence (advisory to leaders/HRBPs). Employee Experience & Service Orientation (clear communication, issue resolution). Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g. SAP) and Excel/analytics. Demonstrated vendor management and cost control expertise. Responsibilities
Global Mobility Program Management: Administer end-to-end mobility lifecycle (pre-assignment, on-assignment, repatriation), including packages, cost estimates, and policy application. Policy Design & Governance: Maintain and enhance mobility (expat, short-term, permanent transfers), ensuring compliance with tax, social security, immigration, and labor regulations. Vendor & Cost Control: Manage external partners (tax advisors, immigration, relocation), negotiate services, monitor SLAs, and track budgets/cost projections. Stakeholder Advisory: Provide expert guidance to HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on packages, allowances, equalization, and risk mitigation. Data, Analytics & Reporting: Produce accurate mobility and reward dashboards, cost accruals, KPIs, and compliance reporting; support audit readiness. Process & Technology Enablement: Optimize workflows and leverage HRIS/reward tools ensuring data integrity. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements (tax, immigration, payroll, PE risk, social security certificates). Employee Experience: Deliver a consistent, high-quality assignee experience; resolve escalations professionally and on time. Project Management Office for the CoE Global Reward process: Support of process execution & optimization (Annual Salary Review, Short Term Incentives, Long-Term- Incentive, Annual Budgeting Process, etc) Main Interface with HRIS team.
