Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources.
Tasks:
reviews pay rates for global hourly employees, audits, review compensation structure, implementation end to end from policy development through determine rates
Working with Program managers, operation team, tech teams
Pulling reports, auditing, ticketing, wage reviews, SOP maintenance
Skills and Experience:
Global HR experience
Excel – basic formulas, vlookups – tech savvy
2+ years experience
Additional Details:
Location: Seattle
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range*: $27 - $30 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
