Sapir Team at Compass is hiring a Sales Agent to join our Manhattan-based team. This role is ideal for an agent who has completed their foundational year(s) and is ready to grow with strong mentorship, hands-on deal exposure, and a structured, high-service environment. Responsibilities
Work with buyers and sellers across Manhattan Run property tours, showings, and open houses Support listing preparation, pricing strategy, and marketing execution Guide clients through offers, negotiations, contracts, and closing Maintain clean follow-up and pipeline tracking in our CRM Qualifications
1–2 years of experience (preferred) Strong follow-up habits, professionalism, and client-first mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be coached Tech-friendly (CRM, StreetEasy, Compass tools a plus) Compensation
