DK Cole Company, a 20‑year executive search firm specializing in confidential management and executive placements in the construction industry, is growing and adding a Recruiter to our team. bonus What You’ll Do:

This position reports to Director, with extensive contact with the President of the firm. You\'ll learn the company’s specific search process one step at a time. For experienced candidates, you\'ll have autonomy in leading 3 to 5 searches at a time, once you\'ve learned our methodology and have positive results. You\'ll be supported by an entire research team on every phase of the search. A senior leader will be available to mentor and coach you during your first year as you learn a powerhouse process that generates a very high success rate, and client satisfaction. You\'ll ultimately lead the search as a primary client contact, evaluating, interviewing and preparing candidate profiles, and collaborating on strategy with the team, behind the scenes. You\'ll carefully assemble and edit professional candidate profiles for presentation to the client and facilitate the entire candidate client process until a successful candidate has accepted an offer. Compensation:

Wide ranging experience levels are welcomed, and there is a base salary plus a bonus. The minimum base salary is $55,000 or higher depending on the search process you\'ve used in the past, type of searches you\'ve experienced, and your capability and track record with passive candidate outreach and placement results. 3+ years’ experience recruiting Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database Background with MS 365 and/or SharePoint Experience with business writing and handling details
