Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end servicing for commercial lines accounts, including quoting, policy changes, risk assessments, and handling larger certificates.
Work with accounts in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate development, and generalist sectors.
Collaborate with the commercial lines support team for certificate issuance.
Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines servicing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Dairyland, CNA, and Auto Owners is a plus.
