Thanks to our proven reverse-prospecting lead generation system and dedicated inside sales team, we consistently generate 1,000+ buyer leads per week, and these are ready-to-go, vetted buyers — not cold calls. This role is ideal for licensed agents who want structure, coaching, and a reliable flow of appointments, allowing you to focus on what matters most: meeting buyers, guiding them through the home-buying process, and closing deals. Whether you’re newly licensed or an experienced agent, this position provides the systems, training, and support to help you grow quickly and achieve high earning potential.

Maintain consistent, high-level communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Follow up using
CRM and proven lead-management systems
to grow your pipeline
Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive
referrals and repeat business
Host
team open houses
and convert attendees into active buyers (leads provided)
Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Compensation $75,000-$150,000 per year Commission based.
