We are seeking a Sales and Business Development representative to support the growth of our United States operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands on experience in ag industrial automation, with a strong background in the grain and feed sectors. This role requires practical, field-based knowledge of operating environments such as feed mills, grain handling facilities, and feedyards, combined with the drive and capability to help expand Comco into additional industrial markets. This role combines business development, technical oversight, project execution, and team collaboration. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and programmers to ensure high quality project delivery and to represent Comco with clients and strategic partners. This position will require regular travel to support business development activities and client engagement. The role will be work from home until a future regional office is established. Client & Business Development Help identify and pursue new business opportunities in and out of the ag sector Support proposals, technical estimates, and project scope development Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales and post sales project life cycle as required Stay current on industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies (e.g., Ignition, Rockwell, Siemens platforms) Qualifications

Qualifications Educational background in automation, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred. Experience in industrial automation, including at least 5 years in a direct sales role. Strong technical background in PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition), and controls design for the ag industry Understanding of electrical systems and standards; experience working with CSA/UL panel requirements is an asset Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills Experience in the ag sector Must already reside in the US and have a valid work permit.
