of the Market Center. You will be responsible for expanding market share, elevating agent productivity, and ensuring the long-term health and relevance of the organization. This role carries

Recruit high-performing agents through strategic consulting and value-driven conversations Personally consult the
top 20% of associates
to drive productivity and profitability Position Keller Williams as the
premier business platform
for elite agents Lead and hold accountable the Market Center leadership team Design and execute a high-impact, business-driven training calendar Drive adoption of Keller Williams tools, models, and technology Oversee and empower the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Partner with the Operating Principal on competitive strategy and recruiting initiatives Maintain strong fiscal discipline and Market Center profitability Protect, model, and scale Keller Williams culture Lead sales meetings, business planning sessions, and key events Qualifications
