Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruiting:
Proactively identify and engage candidates for sales and go-to-market roles across North America. Interview Coordination:
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Onboarding:
Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team. Candidate Pipeline:
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments. Global Coordination:
Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment. Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to attract talent across technical, sales, and leadership roles. Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across global time zones. Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
