Key Responsibilities: •
Sourcing & Recruiting:
Proactively identify and engage candidates for sales and go-to-market roles in across North America. •
Interview Coordination:
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. •
Onboarding:
Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team. •
Candidate Pipeline:
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments. •
Global Coordination:
Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide.
What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment. • Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to attract talent across technical, sales, and leadership roles. • Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across global time zones. • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms. • A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
