
Assertive Yield is an innovative AdTech scale-up, helping publishers maximize ad revenue with cutting-edge technology. We are a fast-growing, remote-first team (currently 40 people, expected to double in the next 1-2 years), working with an international customer base, primarily in the US.

- A proven seller with a track record of delivering company revenue growth through premium publisher acquisition
- Inquisitive with a passion for solving client pain points
- Comfortable negotiating with multiple stakeholders
- A strong network across premium publishers and adtech companies
- A strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in high‑growth technology or media environments
- A clear communicator with the ability to challenge constructively and influence at the executive level
- Commercially minded and data‑driven, with a strong understanding of business models and unit economics.
What you’ll do
As a senior sales professional, you’ll drive new business by targeting publishers, networks, and adtech companies to deliver revenue growth for the company. Advise both new and existing clients on Assertive Yield solutions and how these can support their business. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, helping shape Assertive Yield’s strategic direction and market penetration. You’ll combine analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and industry expertise to support high‑impact decisions and scale execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Prospect, demo, and close strategic accounts
- Work with the SVP of Sales and Marketing on the GTM strategy.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Represent Assertive Yield at industry events to network and be a spokesperson, positioning yourself and the company as a thought leader on publisher revenue
- Provide client & industry intel to help inform business strategy and future product roadmap
- Contribute to the regional go-to-market strategy
- Fluent or Native in German
