Advanced Tax Prep:
Prepare and/or review complex federal and state returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065). Problem Solving:
Resolve IRS and state tax notices and conduct tax research. Client Engagement:
Maintain high levels of communication to gather data, explain completed returns, and build long-term relationships. Workflow Management:
Utilize QuickBooks and Drake to ensure accurate, digital-first filing processes. What We’re Looking For
Experience:
3–5+ years of professional tax preparation in a firm setting. Credentials:
Active
CPA
or
Enrolled Agent (EA)
license is highly preferred (PTIN required). Tech Stack:
Proficiency in
Drake Tax ,
QuickBooks Desktop , and
QuickBooks Online
is essential. Knowledge:
Deep technical understanding of individual, corporate, and partnership tax law. Education:
