Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We’re looking for someone with heart, professionalism, and a drive to shine in a role where you can truly impact the client experience. Schedule Weekly rotation: 8am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment Primary Care Emergency Surgical Suite Specialized Equipment Perks of the Role Primary care, emergency and dentistry Great community with nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping Work with a dedicated group, many with 20 years of experience in Vet-med and Presidio Way Pet Hospital Team building activities and movie nights!
