Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Property Manager to join Avita Property Management for our Austin/Dallas assets. These assets are B/C class, a mix of conventional & affordable. This is an on-site role that involves overseeing and managing multiple residential properties within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include supervising property managers, developing and implementing operational strategies, driving occupancy and revenue growth, ensuring property compliance, handling budgeting and financial reporting, and overseeing maintenance projects. The Regional Property Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the efficient operation and improvement of properties under management. Qualifications
Experience in property management, with skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing property rentals, leasing, and marketing Strong leadership and team management skills for overseeing property managers and other on-site staff Knowledge of contractor negotiations, maintenance operations, and property construction or renovation projects Ability to analyze property performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail Familiarity with local and federal property management regulations and compliance requirements A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) are a plus
