The Role: Account Specialist
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while driving sales in a dynamic environment? As an Account Manager at DollarDays, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating sales through proactive outreach initiatives. From initiating outbound calls to guiding customers through product offerings with a consultative approach, you’ll have the opportunity to close new business opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, IN-OFFICE, Monday-to-Friday Account Manager position.
What YOU will be doing as the Account Specialist :
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions.
Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes.
Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions, fostering positive sales relationships.
Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and customer needs to provide effective solutions and support.
What YOU Bring as an Account Specialist:
Outbound Sales Experience: You have previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, account management, and customer service.
High Energy: You excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment driven by a passion to make a difference.
Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Customer-Centric Drive: You are driven to help our customers create positive change in their communities, with a focus on putting people first.
