Our client is seeking a Communications & Content Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for internal communications. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging, and visually compelling content that enables stakeholders to self-serve information reducing dependency on Process Owners and improving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Communications Point of Contact (POC) for internal teams, enabling self-service access to reporting, updates, and process information. Create and maintain content across SharePoint, Confluence, and internal Wiki platforms. Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and internal communications that are clear, engaging, and visually compelling. Partner with stakeholders to simplify messaging and deliver “wow-factor” communications. Manage and update content related to workflows and processes in Jira and Jira Workflow Management (JWM). Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and messaging standards. Qualifications
Proven experience in internal communications, content development, or corporate communications. Strong graphic design and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional materials. Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and JWM (Atlassian tools). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, user-friendly content. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
