Overview
We are looking for an early-career
B2B SaaS marketing professional
to create sales and marketing materials for our software features, support new customer acquisition, and actively engage with existing customers to drive feature adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Create sales and marketing content to support new customer acquisition , including:
product and feature one-pagers
sales decks and pitch materials
landing page content
email and campaign copy
ad and promotional content
Create enablement and launch content for existing customers , including:
feature announcements
short walkthroughs and training content
release notes and webinars
Work closely with product and customer success teams to understand new features and releases
Speak directly with customers and prospects
to:
understand workflows and use cases
capture testimonials, success stories, and feedback
Present new features and product capabilities
to customers and prospects through short demos, webinars, and recorded sessions
Support go-to-market campaigns for new features and new products
Support sales and business development by preparing customer-ready and prospect-ready material
Collect and summarize market and customer feedback for the product and leadership teams
Track basic performance metrics (leads, engagement, feature adoption, campaign results)
This role contributes to both
new customer growth and existing customer expansion .
Specifically, the role will:
Support campaigns and sales materials that help generate
new qualified leads and opportunities
Identify
upsell and expansion opportunities
during customer conversations and feature presentations
Work with sales and customer success to follow up on feature-driven opportunities
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience
in marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, or growth marketing for a B2B or
SaaS
company
Comfortable speaking with customers and leading short presentations or demos
Ability to understand technical or workflow-driven software and explain it clearly
Organized and able to manage multiple feature launches and content tasks
Nice to have (not required)
Experience supporting software launches or onboarding programs
Experience working with technical, industrial, or engineering users
