About the Role

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid; 3 days per week in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Full time, Permanent, Exempt

Salary: $208,000 - $260,000 OTE (base + commissions), tailored to location and experience

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of outbound sales development representatives

Coach the team on identifying high‑potential customers and personalized messaging that delivers qualified pipeline to our Enterprise and Corporate sales teams

Foster a culture of coaching (call shadowing, mock role plays, etc.) to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and Webflow value knowledge throughout their tenure as an SDR

Ensure the team efficiently and effectively prospects outbound focus accounts, leveraging marketing resources and inbound signals to influence messaging

Drive accountability of team daily/weekly metrics

Effectively report on your business and forecast weekly against monthly/quarterly goals

Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure meeting Quality/Quantity and proper follow‑up

Work with the People Team and cross‑functional leaders to create strong paths for career advancement within Sales, as well as to roles within other areas of the business

Be in office 3 days per week with your team to foster an energized, coaching‑focused, collaborative environment

Requirements

2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience

Strong belief that sales is done on the phone, and supported by other channels of outreach

Experience working cross‑functionally with teams like Marketing and Enterprise Sales on content, talk tracks, execution and lead optimization

Experience hiring, onboarding, and continuously developing direct reports that are early in their sales careers

Experience with Salesforce, and marketing/sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft) and AI‑driven sales development tools. Ideally, have experience driving positive business outcomes through data‑driven insights

Experience in a closing role is a major plus
