As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers at CarMax. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers through all stages of their CarMax experience, including vehicle sales, appraisals, and financing.
Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and communicate relevant information to support customer appraisals.
Manage the check-in process for vehicles received by CarMax, ensuring accurate inventory records through daily scanning and reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee all vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks like generating reports, maintaining transaction documents, and coordinating with finance companies regarding customer contracts.
Schedule service appointments and verify repair order invoices to ensure accuracy for billing purposes.
