Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Community Support representative specializing in Social Media, located in Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support and building a positive community for our German-speaking users across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of user engagement.
Responsibilities
Deliver timely and professional support to users through social media channels in German
Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews
Monitor community interactions to identify trends and potential issues, escalating them to the appropriate departments
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to contribute to engaging social media content
Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices to optimize community engagement strategies
Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users
Requirements
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must; English proficiency is an additional advantage
Previous experience in customer support, especially within a social media context, is preferred
A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community engagement features
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address user concerns empathetically and effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle inquiries and issues
Proficiency in using social media management tools and relevant software applications
