The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Youth Marketing Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Entertainment & Fan Engagement team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027. Job Responsibilities: Manage the Titans Street Team, consisting of 8-12 part-time staff members, for internal and external events to engage with local fans and increase brand affinity in our market. Manage, execute, and assist in the development of key promotional campaigns, including Titan Up Fridays, esports and other youth initiatives. Assist in the management of the Titans Kids Club (Rac-Pack) by coordinating member-exclusive events and developing strategic partnerships to expand the club’s visibility and drive membership growth. Assist with tentpole Fan Engagement events, including, Training Camp, Gameday Hangouts, and more. Allocate budget for youth focused initiatives and brand awareness campaigns. Facilitate activations at external events, delivering fan engagement opportunities in our community. Manage the Marketing & Rac-Pack email accounts for fan engagement requests and overall correspondence. Coordinate pre-game & in-game fan activations to promote Titans entertainment teams & various marketing initiatives. Assist the Entertainment & Fan Engagement department in guerilla marketing strategies. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Marketing, Sport Management, Business or related field preferred Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook required Experience in software programs including Wrike and Adobe Programs preferred Experience in event planning, fan engagement, or youth mentorship programs preferred Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, fans, and vendors Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN Those selected for further consideration will be contacted by someone from the Tennessee Titans.
