Compensation:

$35/hour (Performance-based path to Full-Time Salary) +

Semi-Annual Performance Bonus The Opportunity

ReGlow is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our Amazon and Walmart channels. We are starting this role as

Part-Time (~20 hours/week)

with the clear intention of moving the right candidate to

Full-Time

as we scale. The Schedule (Hybrid)

Phase 1 (Part-Time / Current):

~20 Hours/week.

Required: 1 Day per week in-clinic

(Paramus, NJ) for strategy and inventory sync; remaining hours remote. Phase 2 (Full-Time / Future):

Upon conversion to full-time, the schedule will shift to

2 Days per week in-clinic , with the rest remote. The Mission

We are not looking for a "maintainer." We need a "builder" and a "fixer." You will immediately audit our PPC (stopping inefficient spend), optimize our catalog, and drive aggressive growth. Key Responsibilities

PPC Strategy & Execution:

Audit and restructure Sponsored Products/Brands/Display. You must be able to lower ACOS immediately while identifying winners to scale. Account Accountability:

You own the metrics. If sales drop or ACOS spikes, you dig in, find the "why,"

own it,

and fix it. No excuses. Catalog & SEO:

Manage listings, A+ content, and Storefronts on both Amazon and Walmart. Inventory Management:

Forecast stock, manage FBA/WFS shipments, and ensure we never go out of stock. Who You Are

Agile & Flexible:

Strategies change based on data. You must be able to pivot instantly. Thick-Skinned & Direct:

We value speed and results. You must be able to handle direct feedback and criticism without taking it personally. High Ownership:

You treat this business like your own. You don't wait for tasks; you generate results. Requirements

3+ years experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Walmart experience is a huge plus). Must be able to commute to

Paramus, NJ

(1 day/week now, 2 days/week later). Proof of successful PPC management (improving ROAS/TACOS). Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base:

$35/hour. Performance Bonus:
