What You’ll Be Doing:
Consult with potential clients and follow a proven, high-converting sales process
Deliver real solutions to those in need
Focus on quality conversations and efficient closing—our leads come to you
Who We\'re Looking For:
Confident, persuasive sales professionals who know how to close
Strong communicators who thrive on the phone
Results-driven individuals who thrive in high-performance environments
Preferred Experience Includes:
Inbound/outbound sales, telemarketing, or collections
High-ticket sales such as automotive, real estate, mortgage, or student loans
Consultative selling in areas like fitness, retail, or financial services
Tax relief, debt settlement, or legal/paralegal experience is a major plus
Additional Details:
Location:
Irvine, CA (in-office only)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one half day Saturday per month)
Compensation:
hourly training pay, 15% commission + performance bonuses | Uncapped Earnings
