Responsibilities
What You Do as a Regional Sales Representative :
Prospect & win
new retail and dairy business across the Midwest as a Regional Sales Representative through cold calls, in-store visits, referrals, and networking.
Introduce
Westfield products in a growing territory by onboarding new retailers and expanding sales with existing accounts.
Spend
four days per week in the field, typically visiting 8-15 stores per day, independently planning routes and managing schedules using route-planning tools; Friday is an in-office planning day
Meet
with store managers, dairy managers, and dairy decision-makers—often early in the morning and earlier in the week—to align with customer availability and maximize selling opportunities.
Present & pitch
products to retail and dairy decision-makers to secure new placements and long-term account growth.
Support
accounts with product training and merchandising execution.
Travel
regularly throughout the Midwest, including local driving, overnight trips, and air travel to surrounding states as needed, including trade shows.
Document
all store visits, calls, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
Participate
in weekly sales meetings and huddles and collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on promotions and product launches.
Represent
Westfield professionally in all customer interactions, travel, and brand presentation.
Ideal Candidate

Experienced : At least 2+ years of sales or related experience, a high school diploma, willingness to complete on-site training in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and the ability to travel regularly within a Midwest territory, including early mornings, overnight trips, and occasional evenings or weekends; CPG or dairy experience is a plus.
Adaptable & Disciplined : Adjusts quickly in new situations, manages time and territory independently, plans routes effectively, and follows through consistently without daily oversight.
Driven & Competitive : Motivated to win business the right way, persist through rejection, and focus on long-term account growth rather than quick wins.
Relationship-focused : Builds trust with store managers, owners, and decision-makers and grows partnerships over time.

Benefits
Field-based schedule : Monday-Thursday, generally 6:30 AM-4:00 PM, with earlier starts and longer days as needed based on customer availability and travel
Friday in-office , 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, focused on planning, emails, and calls
Total compensation
of $50,000-$65,000

Mileage reimbursement
