Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities. First point of contact for prospects. Conduct outbound and inbound outreach, qualify project needs, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Responsibilities
Prospect and research target accounts Outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Qualify leads (scope, budget, timeline, decision-makers) Book meetings for Account Executives Update CRM and track pipeline activity (Salesforce) Follow up inbound leads and marketing campaigns Track KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities) Qualifications
1–3 years sales development, lead generation, or B2B inside sales Strong communication and phone skills CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Ability to learn technical or engineered products Goal-driven, self-motivated Preferred: Industrial, construction, or water/wastewater experience Compensation
