The Graphic Designer will create clean, compelling visuals that support business development, recruiting, and internal communications. You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to produce marketing collateral, proposal graphics, social content, presentations, and brand assets. Responsibilities
Design and maintain marketing materials (capability statements, one-pagers, project sheets). Create proposal graphics and layout support (covers, section dividers, infographics, maps). Build content for social channels and recruiting campaigns (static + light motion preferred). Develop templates for presentations and internal communications to keep branding consistent. Edit and format photos for project storytelling; maintain an organized asset library. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate rough input into polished deliverables. Qualifications
2+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency). Strong portfolio showing layout, typography, and brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop); PowerPoint expertise a plus. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a lean environment; strong communication and follow-through. Nice-to-Haves
Experience with AEC/construction, proposal design, or technical industries Basic video/motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Canva motion) Legal and Application Notes
