And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.**We’re here to better our world with biology.****Join us as our new Production Coordinator**In this role you will be responsible for coordination of day-to-day production activities by providing people leadership, Continuous Improvement, and administrative support as needed.**In this role you'll make an impact by:*** Leading and collaborating with cross‑functional teams on Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving initiatives, driving efficiency, safety, quality, and overall company strategy.* Supporting production operations by partnering closely with the production supervisor, conducting shift/department meetings, assisting on the floor, and participating in decisions on new products or processes.* Maintaining and improving safety culture and regulatory compliance through toolbox talks, PPE guidance, audits, corrective actions, and execution of programs aligned with state, federal, and local regulations.* Overseeing quality and documentation processes, including reviewing production records, managing SOPs/WIs, addressing non‑conformities, and following up on deviations and observations.* Tracking and reporting KPIs, recommending and implementing process improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, and utilizing lean tools such as 5S to support continuous improvement.* Assessing facility and equipment conditions and initiating maintenance work requests.**To succeed you must hold:*** High School Diploma or GED* 5+ years of experience in a production environment preferred* Ability to read, write, and speak English* Ability to effectively communicate oral and written information and respond to questions from managers and other employees in a professional manner.* Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs and ERP system (SAP preferred).* Possess working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and their application.* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations.* Shows initiative to improve work processes or question the status quo.* Physical ability to work in a production environment including but not limited to: stand, walk, bend, scoop, kneel, crouch, lift and/or move materials up to 55 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. assisted.**Location:** New Berlin, WI**Application Deadline:** February 10, 2026**Expected Salary Range:** $70k to $90k**Benefits you will enjoy:*** 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution!* Minimum of 3 weeks' vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time* Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance* Healthcare savings account option with generous employer contribution* Employee assistance program* Parental leave* Tuition reimbursement* All benefits begin on your first day!**Then apply today!**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
