About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead its dynamic and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, expanding, coaching, and leading a team of Solutions Executives and Solutions Associates. This role requires a thought leader with the ability to influence at all levels of an enterprise, and the development and execution of a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy targeted towards enterprise organizations. The Head of Enterprise Sales will also be tasked with analyzing existing partnership successes to create new sales growth opportunities, and utilizing in-depth market knowledge to sell effectively into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Applicants must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics, the ability to bridge business requirements and solutions across multiple business units, and experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing, diverse enterprise sales team. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build trackable and repeatable sales processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, initiative, honesty, and empathy, and will be adept at preparing and managing sales territories and relationships. The Head of Enterprise Sales will also be responsible for educating the team on industry factors and identifying areas for improvement in the current sales process to drive necessary change and development.
