The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to exceed growth and client retention targets, and a commitment to operational excellence, including maintaining compliance and driving service delivery performance. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in talent retention and engagement, fostering a high-performance culture, and building strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of ABA therapy and/or allied health services. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, be adept at managing P&L, and have a strong focus on client acquisition and retention.
