The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Capital Formation to take on a senior, high-impact leadership role with a focus on consistently and scalably accessing accredited investor capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently raising a significant amount of equity annually, playing a critical role in the firm's acquisition and growth strategy. This role demands a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, minimal oversight, and a high degree of accountability, who can build, scale, and strengthen a repeatable capital-raising platform. The Managing Director will also be tasked with designing and executing a disciplined capital formation strategy, owning the full investor lifecycle, and maintaining a robust investor pipeline to meet quarterly and annual capital goals.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or private placements, with a proven track record of raising substantial amounts from accredited investors. They should possess an established network of high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated investors, as well as a deep understanding of private offerings and accredited investor requirements. Key skills include exceptional relationship-building, clear investment storytelling, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence across teams. The role requires a professional who is highly self-directed, with an ownership mindset, and who can operate with full revenue accountability. The candidate should also be familiar with compliance and investor communication standards, and be proficient in modern productivity tools.
