About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to ensure the integrated commercial success of its brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in the CPG industry, particularly within the food and beverage sector. This role demands a combination of strong selling, marketing, business development, and executive leadership skills. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading a large, diverse team, inspiring a high-performing, consumer-obsessed culture, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with other key departments to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Key accountabilities for the VP of Sales include providing strategic leadership for commercial growth, leading sales, business development, and trade promotion, and developing new processes to deliver the annual sales plan. The role also involves managing and motivating distributors and brokers, holding the team accountable for forecast accuracy, and leading the development and execution of sales strategies.
