About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Performance Marketing to lead a team in the strategic and executional management of paid digital media campaigns. The successful candidate will be the primary account lead for 3-6 clients, with a focus on leadership, communication, and ensuring the highest level of campaign performance. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day management of client accounts, including forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and leading a team to exceed client KPIs. Responsibilities also include data analysis, campaign optimization, and being the main point of contact for clients, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to set and manage expectations.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy, client relationship management, and search. The role demands a problem-solver who can structure complex projects, communicate effectively at all levels, and is adept at hiring, training, and fostering collaboration within a team. The Managing Director will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively, and maintaining a high level of knowledge of best practices in advertising networks. A data-driven approach to developing marketing strategies and the ability to build effective client relationships are essential. The position is 100% remote and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and budgets.
