About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Product Strategy and Development in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the firm's investment product strategy, ensuring it aligns with strategic and corporate growth objectives. This role involves evaluating market trends, distribution channel dynamics, and competitor offerings to drive new product ideation. The VP will also be tasked with identifying product gaps and opportunities, collaborating with key stakeholders to make strategic product decisions, and leading the end-to-end product development process. A key aspect of the role is to systematically review the product line to ensure optimal market positioning and to propose actions for product optimization.

Applicants should have 7-10+ years' of experience in an investment product or related role, with a comprehensive understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles, and the marketplace, particularly in the US retail and North America institutional sectors. The role requires a proven track record in developing and launching successful investment products across multiple channels, as well as demonstrated leadership and influence with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and experience with industry databases are essential. An advanced degree such as an MBA or CFA is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, a self-starter, and a role model for work ethic and professionalism.
