
The Senior Director of External Reporting will lead and manage all aspects of external financial reporting and SEC reporting in this pre IPO organization. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and delivering accurate and timely financial statements

Description
As the Senior Director of External Reporting you will:
Own all SEC and external reporting enterprise-wide
Lead disclosure strategy with CAO/CFO and align with IR and Audit Committee
Advise leadership on regulatory trends and disclosure risk
Oversee U.S. GAAP consolidated financials
Be primary contact for external auditors on SEC matters
Ensure XBRL compliance and evolving SEC technical requirements
Manage global statutory reporting and local audit deadlines
Drive consistency across regulators, banks, and stakeholders
Lead creation of the Annual Report
