As a Digital Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for SME clientsdriving new business, managing renewals, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your mission: build trust, solve problems, and grow revenue. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients Lead digital service delivery and coordinate with internal teams Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction Use data insights to execute targeted sales strategies What We Need To See From You
