Build strong carrier relationships to grow your book of business Negotiate with carriers for the best rates Provide innovative solutions to new problems Collaborate with team members to provide premier service Manage shipments until delivery Be agile, ambitious and focused on the goal Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Self-starter and motivator Resilient Problem solver Communicator and negotiator Ability to work independently and with a team Determined to win Physical Requirements

Must be able to work onsite in an office setting. This position is administrative in nature and will require the ability to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
