It all begins with you./ppWells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Collections Representative as part of the Commercial Banking Operations Division./ppIn this role, you will:/pulliSupport, review, and negotiate a medium to high-risk portfolio consisting of more complex delinquent loans of high-level collateralized accounts which require special handling and research/liliResearch credit and account information, handle workout and restructuring problem loans and restructuring payment plans/liliReview account equity to determine loss projections/liliMonitor portfolio for policy compliance and adherence to risk ratings/liliAssist in the training of entry level staff/liliParticipate in conducting issue specific training in conjunction with Manager/liliUtilize a high degree of knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures and execute without issue/liliLead by example, handle core assignments effectively while taking on additional responsibilities/liliCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals/liliInteract with internal customers/liliReceive direction from leaders/liliExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulli2+ years of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education/li/ulpDesired Qualifications:/pulliCollections experience/liliA BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or economics/liliAccounting experience, accounts receivable or accounts payable/liliCustomer service/Customer Care experience/liliExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills/liliAbility to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner/liliExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change/liliSound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy/liliExperience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment/liliSound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills/liliIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)/liliAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information/liliArtiva experience/liliInfolease experience/liliIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills/liliAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment/li/ulpJob Expectations:/pulliAbility to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office/liliRelocation assistance is not available for this position./liliVisa Sponsorship not available for this position/li/ulpPosting Location:/pulli801 Walnut St., Des Moines, IA/li/ulpWe Value Equal Opportunity/ppWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
