As a Retail Sales Associate at Grand Appliance & TV, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional, relationship-driven shopping experience for our customers. You'll help customers find the right appliances to fit their homes, lifestyles, and needsguiding them through the selection process with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, professional showroom environment Engage customers to understand their appliance needs, preferences, and budgets Provide knowledgeable product recommendations across premium and luxury appliance brands Demonstrate product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through outstanding service and follow-up Collaborate with teammates to support showroom success and shared objectives Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, promotions, and sales techniques Maintain showroom organization and product presentation standards Respond to customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner Qualifications
