This position will represent CJDR, Ford, and GM brands while working with businesses to purchase vehicles. What you'll do: Generate outside sales of commercial, fleet, and specialty vehicles by calling on regional commercial businesses and municipalities Follow-up on internal leads to generate sales of commercial vehicles Generate retail sales for CJDR, Ford, and GM Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking the right questions Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles Overcome objections and facilitate sales Cultivate relationships to build customer base Provide quality customer service after the purchase to ensure repeat business Continuously develop knowledge of products and market Report to managers while exceeding set goals and expectations Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship family and culture Qualification checklist: 5+ years experience in automotive sales preferred Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and reasoning skills Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel An ability to be coached and willingness to learn new things Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Available to work flexible hours Clean driving record and valid driver's license Benefits: We offer an aggressive compensation plan that is driven by commission and includes guaranteed income ranging from $3000-$4000 per month based on ability and experience.
