We are seeking a senior-level Digital Personalization & Experimentation specialist to lead hands-on execution of testing and personalization initiatives across digital channels. This role requires deep, practical expertise in

Adobe Target

and strong collaboration with marketing, content, and technology teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and data-driven customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused — comfortable owning end-to-end experimentation, translating marketing requirements into platform configurations, and troubleshooting technical issues with minimal developer support.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization activities using

Adobe Target

Build, QA, launch, maintain, and optimize Target activities independently

Translate business and marketing requirements into Adobe Target configurations

Marketing Operations & Content Execution

Execute and manage digital content directly within

AEM, SDL Tridion, and/or WordPress

Operate within established marketing operations governance, workflows, and content standards

Partner with marketing and content teams to support experimentation and personalization strategies

Technical Execution & Troubleshooting

Read and modify

HTML and CSS

(basic JavaScript preferred) to implement Target offers, selectors, and code-based experiences

Troubleshoot targeting, rendering, and integration issues using browser developer tools

Accessibility-Aware Implementation

Apply

WCAG accessibility standards

to testing and personalization activities

Identify and remediate accessibility issues introduced through Adobe Target or CMS changes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in

Digital Marketing, Personalization, Experimentation, or Marketing Technology

Hands-on, production-level experience with

Adobe Target

(required)

Experience executing content changes in

AEM, SDL Tridion, and/or WordPress

Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript preferred

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) in digital experiences

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
