Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations Write and review high-quality code while defining current-state and future-state CG Cloud architecture Collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Teams, Product Owners, and Market Leads to translate business needs into technical solutions Design scalable solutions across Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, and Salesforce platform components Drive mobile-first Retail Execution solutions with offline synchronization and performance optimization Qualifications
Minimum of 11 years of total experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Lightning Experience Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-country or global Salesforce programs Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (CTA track, CG Cloud, Platform Developer, Architecture Designer) Strong domain expertise in CPG, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, and Field Sales operations Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management Deep knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud data models and Retail Execution framework Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
