What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of total experience in Salesforce development
Strong experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, including Prediction Builder and Einstein Discovery
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools
Solid understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts within Salesforce
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
