Responsibilities
Manage the daily fulfillment of client staffing orders and ensure timely placement of qualified healthcare professionals
Screen candidates for qualifications and maintain an up-to-date database of healthcare professionals
Coordinate staffing and scheduling, including handling last-minute changes and replacements
Build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals to foster engagement and satisfaction
Monitor client demand trends and provide feedback to sourcing teams to improve service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Proven problem-solving abilities to manage staffing challenges and client issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with staffing software preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education preferred
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams
