Manage the fulfillment of client staffing orders and ensure timely placement of qualified healthcare professionals Screen candidates, maintain an up-to-date database, and schedule staff based on client needs Handle last-minute staffing changes and ensure compliance with licensing and company requirements Build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals to enhance satisfaction and retention Monitor client demand trends and provide feedback to sourcing teams as necessary Qualifications

Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) required Proven problem-solving abilities to manage staffing challenges and operational issues Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with staffing software preferred Preferred Qualifications
