Responsibilities
Manage the daily fulfillment of client staffing orders and ensure timely placement of qualified healthcare professionals
Screen candidates, maintain an up-to-date database, and schedule staff based on client needs
Handle last-minute staffing changes and ensure compliance with licensing and company requirements
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to foster engagement and satisfaction
Monitor client demand trends and conduct regular evaluations of healthcare professionals to ensure performance quality
Qualifications
Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Proven problem-solving abilities to manage staffing challenges and operational concerns
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with staffing software preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education preferred
Experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely, compliant placements
