
Overview
As an HR Specialist, you will support a variety of human resources functions, with an initial focus on managing end-to-end recruitment. This role offers exposure to broader HR areas such as onboarding, training coordination, benefits administration, and documentation. You will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate with both local and international HR teams. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include: Using recruitment tools and supporting hiring efforts Assisting with HR reports, correspondence, and letter drafting Acting as Notary for the company Managing training databases and preparing various HR reports Filing and maintaining HR materials Participating in cross-functional committees as needed Promoting and following SHEQ site standards (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and personnel
