Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Customer Service Representative

with strong SAP proficiency to support daily customer operations in a fast?paced, onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in data accuracy, customer communication, order management, and cross?functional coordination.

Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in?person communication

Enter, review, and process customer orders using SAP

Provide timely updates, tracking details, and issue resolution for customer accounts

Maintain accurate customer data, documentation, and order status updates

Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and operations

Troubleshoot order discrepancies and escalate concerns appropriately

Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements

Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative required

SAP experience is mandatory

(Order entry, inquiry management, customer account updates)

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to work 100% onsite and in a fast?paced environment
